NPC Flirt Packs V0.9 (Viconia) Released!

Forgotten Wars has released Version 0.9 of the NPC Flirt Packs, including for the first time Viconia flirts for both Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal. Also included are Spanish, French, and German translations for the Aerie and Jaheira flirt packs.

For those of you unfamiliar with the "flirt" concept, they add depth and spice to the existing Bioware romance tracks, creating new interludes and conversations between the Bhaalspawn and his beloved.

Flirt packs also add new epilogues for Aerie, Jaheira, and Viconia--six in total.

The Anomen flirt pack is now under development.

Also just released is the Jasper St. Baird player soundset, which gives the style and charm of the Dungeon-Be-Gone guide to any character you choose. Download from http://www.forgottenwars.net/audio

And if you missed our Iron Modder competition, you can find results and download the four mods, which were made in just 3 hours, from this location.

YIPPIE! The Anomen flirt pack is gett--I mean, the Viconia flirt pack has been released! Yay to Forgotten Wars, yay to the Kelsey mod, and yay to JCompton!

Now that you mention DBG, I've had a slight problem with it. Jasper St. Baird transports the characters to the end of Chateau Irenicus, but without gear or experience. I've tried reinstalling it, and the same thing happens. I'm running a patched and Baldurdashed version of SoA sans ToB, and installed pieces of the EoU mod as well. Is this a known bug?

Try talking to Jasper again once he teleports you. He should do it automatically, but...

Just started a new game, haven't gotten to any of the stuff yet, but if the other ones are anything to judge it by, it'll be great.

About DBG:
I have to initiate the conversation with Jasper when I get to the end of the dungeon too. One time I forgot to do it

Any reason why this might've happened?

I always had this idea about a dodgy relationship between Viconia and Aerie, with Aerie turning out as the dominatrix, or something.

Yes, flirtpacks are a good idea. I need the Anomen one. He just seems to stop talking to you once you've gone through your major romance events.

It still doesn't work, and I don't feel like uninstalling SoA to reinstall it. Until I clean out my hard drive this summer, I guess I'm going to be making several visits through Chateau Irenicus. Thanks, though.
