NPC Flirt Packs V0.8 Released!

From the people who brought you Kelsey and Dungeon-Be-Gone, I am proud to announce the initial release of the NPC Flirt Packs for Baldur's Gate 2, available for immediate download at http://www.forgottenwars.net/npcflirt .

Using a concept originally developed for the Kelsey NPC add-on, V0.8 of the Flirt Packs add new romance interludes for Aerie and Jaheira to both the Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal portion of the game. Flirt packs for Viconia and Anomen are under development and will be added in subsequent releases.

It doesn't make sense that the BG2 romance NPCs call all of the shots in the relationship, right down to when it is and is not appropriate to show a little affection. Besides, who among you can say that you've never felt Aerie, Anomen, Jaheira, or Viconia just needed a hug?

Features include:

- Both PC and NPC-initiated flirts and new conversations

- Context-sensitive flirting (new flirts and different responses open up as the romance progresses)

- New epilogues in TOB (three for Jaheira in V0.8, more to come for other NPCs in future versions)

- Optional romance conflict modules for Westley Weimer's Solaufein romance

- Compatible with most mods

- Warm fuzzies all around

Until and unless Hidi Shannon or Kath Soucie move next door, I fear these will remain unvoiced. That's why it's just 300k. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I don't have a problem revoicing Nalia for de'Arnise Romance, since it's a major project, but trying to find a sound-alike would be difficult for Jaheira and Aerie, and... as cool as the flirts are, they alone don't really warrant revoicing everything.

i'mon chapter 7 so will the game (if i installed the patch)b like it was b4 the patch until i start a new game or will it pick it up straight away.

i hav no other mods as well so will this effect this flirt pack???
will it cause my game to hav bugs?

You do not need to start a new game, but you will obviously not see some of the earlier-stage flirting since your romance is likely very far along, if not complete by now. You can always see the earlier material next time you play, of course.

I hope not. I don't think so. We had several people test them and they seem quite stable.
