Problem with ranger stronghold (possible spoilers)

Well, im playing a custom party in which the main character is a ranger (7) dualed to cleric. I didnt get offered the cleric stronghold, but i obtained the ranger one after completing Umar quest.

First thing i did after that was talking to the mayor, who told me about the problem with those guys that were searching for mithril. I got the necklace for them and they left, and when i went to see the mayor, he told me that i should speak with the spirit of the forest. I didnt find it anywhere, so i just created it, and she was happy about the guys leaving and completed the quest in my journal. After that i left to brinn law.

now that im back, i went to see if i had any quest, and everyone tells me in umar that im not welcome there, and the mayor says the house is no longer mine.

Does anybody have any clue whys this ?

The fact that you spawned the spirit of the forest wouldn't have messed things up would it? i know she's meant to be by the Ranger Cabin waiting for you, i'm currently in the middle of the mithril quest so i haven't got that far yet, should finish it tonite after work!

You have spoilt the ranger quest. Sorry.

1. After getting the quest, investigate the cabin. Check everything there. You cannot do more at present.
2. After three days or so after investigating the cabin, Delon will come to you and send you to Umar Hills. Seek the spirit near the cabin. You get the first quest, namely, do something with the vandals tearing down the forest. Send the vandals away and report to the spirit.

Now, you have left for Asylum. That's wrong. The Ranger Stronghold quest consists of 3 quests. All of them are, as it were, timed. You have missed the deadline for the second quest and the villagers kicked you out from the ranger post. Speak with the mayor if you want to obtain your marching orders explicitely. The events should have continued this way:

3. After three days or so after finishing the first quest, Delon will come to you and send you to Umar Hills again. Talk with the Mayor, he will inform you about some troubles with Orcs. Do something with te Orcs and report to the Mayor.
4. After five days or so after finishing the second quest, Delon will come to you for the third time and send you to Umar hills. Talk with the Mayor. He will inform you about Umar Witch. You will also meet the spirit. Service the witch, take your reward from the spirit and report to the Mayor.

The quest is now complete. You are the ranger protector of Umar Hills. You can leave for Asylum now.
