i know that there is an experience cap remover (which i have to re-download after my reinstall)...i want to verify that it works for the mac, because i think that IT lied at the heart of my multiplayer problem that i was ranting about earlier...

Should work - Mac and PC versions of BG2 use the exact same file formats, (you can even install weiDU mods if you have a windows emulator to run the installer in) so it should work, provided you have a modern unipping program. But if one player has a cap remover installed and the other dosent, problems are likely. I dont think it would cause the problem you described though.

along these lines, does shadowkeep or anything like it exist in mac version? or do i have to use binhex or something and change the code of the character files myself (IMHO this is a pain...)
