I was messing around with shadowkeeper the other day and when I went to the ring list there were like 4-5 Ring of Free Action. I clicked on the first one for the character and not only did it give me free action but it added 100hp and gave me 100% magic resistance. Where do you find this ring in the game? It made my character basically a "God"

You cannot get it legitimately in the game. Should be pretty obvious.
 It is an item to aid the developers.
