It is indeed in New Zealand - made national news in fact.
Something similar was done by a group of shepherds in a northern European country. Can't remember where. Sweden? Denmark perhaps? |

Well, it would be New Zealand, as you guys are the Sheep Country. That is just sad, no offence. We Aussies may do some strange things (The Chasers pop into mind) but that is really weird.
