Have SOA with TOB, patched, and have played through SOA a few times. My question is about the new areas that are available to go to after you finish the Underdark such as the two forest areas and I think its called "Smallteeth Pass". Do these areas just have a few new critters to kill and some treasure or am I missing something. Did the confrontation with the Cyric Priests, The Werewolf Stronghold, and ran into some critters at the pass but other than that found some decent treasure and a powerfull Bow but is that it?? Also in the pass is there a way to get up to the higher areas along the sides of the pass or can you only explore the lower part?? Thanx in advance..

DSimpson's walkthru:
- AREA ONE: SMALL TEETH PASS (AR 1700)

You probably couldn't help but notice that when you emerged from the
Underdark there were 3 new areas on your map. From left to right these
are: Small Teeth Pass, North Forest and the Forest of Tethir. We'll
hit them in that order starting with the Small Teeth Pass. There is
nothing in the Small Teeth Pass. Sure, you can fight some Wolfwere's,
or Vampiric Mists or even Gnolls, but other than that you won't find a
single thing of signficance here. On to the next area.

- AREA TWO: NORTH FOREST (AR 1800)

This area is very small, but actually does have more signficant things
in it. There is a grave (x 1550 y 525) near the top of the map that has
some random treasures in it. Yes, you heard me, random. Nothing great,
possibly some spells, potions or gems. At night this grave is guarded
by some Genies (a Djinn and an Efreet).

Further down from that you will find another set of graves, this one
defended by a Mage, a Priest and their goons. I would take out the mage
first to prevent him from casting his Time Stop and other spells. You
can search them, but they don't have any great treasures.

TDD incorporates some quests here, but that is optional.
Anyway, welcome to Escape Forums. (Ironworks was better. Maybe you should buy that name back, Ziroc! )

Small teeth pass is lefternmost, small area with a lake.
North forest is another SMALL area with two graves.
Forest of Tethyr is BIG area with fallen trees, Coran & Safana, wyverns, the bow and the entrance to you-know-where (no spoilers needed)

Appreciate the feedback. Looks like I did not miss anything. I must have spent and hour and a half bumping around these areas and besides the bow did not find much that was signifigant. Just wanted to make sure I did not miss any good quests but I guess the bow is worthwhile. The Safana quest wasn't much in my humble opinion. Was harder just figuring out how to get around and up/down the tree's. Thank's again for the info.
