controls never unfreeze after movie in chapter 6

after Porequil teleports the party back to EastHaven and the movie is done, the controls never unfreeze, thus i can't continue the game.
has anyone else had this problem? i have the 1.06 patch installed.

i have the same problem too, it's been going for sometime now, can someone do anything about this? thanx

This same issue came up on the boards here a little while back. The solution proposed in this thread seems to have worked in a number of cases and so you might want to start with that. Let us know how things turn out.

I had this same problem and can't remember exactly what Black Isle told me to do, but it involved temporarily moving my override folder until after that scene. It's a common bug, apparently.
