But why should it even matter where the owner of the site lives? Does the fact that he lives in Germany automatically disqualify him as an independent source or something?

Thanks for the correction Grojlach... and the only reason I mentioned it is because perhaps the guy WAS smart and used a false address (why would someone in England use a Registrar out of Germany?).

As far as independant, I believe the opening page told me all I needed to know about the nature of this "independant source". [img]smile.gif[/img]

This guy possiblly has a family, this family would now be at risk if some idiot takes it upon themselves to visit him, or he may get hate mail or phone calls by people that disagree with his views, its all very well saying 'anyone can find that out' I wouldn't have known how, and as of today a few thousand people know his address who didn't before your post Ziroc.

This guy lives in a democracy I beleive so he's entitled to his views, Maybe he thought it wasn't a problem posting this, to be honest I cant see the problem with it, I want to know how many people have been killed in this war dosen't everybody ?

Please god nothing happens to this guy or his family.

False address? Actually, for example, my own site is hosted in the US, mostly because it seemed like a fair offer and they had a decent reputation; but I'm probably listed as a registrant from The Netherlands for the domain name debating.tk. Nothing strange about that, I reckon.
