You do the quest in a room with some pipes.
I think it is before you come to the Copper Coronet.

Lilacor is a wonderful bit of fluff, and one of many that add so much flavor to the game. He's sort of a "violence junkie," and was obviously supposed to sound like he's strung out.

Lilarcor is the bane of BG II. I hate it. That idiotic 21st century voice it has just ruins everything for me.

you have to solve a puzzle in the sewers UNDER the copper coronet (entrance through a door, you can get entrance to the 'entertaiment' section (those doors where the guards tell you to buzz off), just talk to the evil innkeeper and ask if you can see some entertainment, the guards let you through, and you can head for the sewers, or the pit)... there you will encounter your puzzle...

i hope its clear now , sorry for my bad explanation, but i'm not a god in english...

Frankly, I like Lilarcor a lot. It shares the same bloodlust as me.

I like Lilarcor. It reminds me of Minsc and kinda suits him.

If u ask me Lilacor is a very good item since you can get it right at the start of the game, It lasts minsc right into the Underdark until you get the Vorpal Sword.... Its great with the Charm immunity

Personally, I think Lilarcor & Minsc would be best buds--they have so much in common. Too bad Boo can't wield the Pixie Prick. The only thing bad about the Lilarcor/Minsc team is that Minsc is best used as a Tank (unless you've got Keldorn with the Gauntlets), and it's bad mojo to put a 2-handed weapon on your Tank.

i think it depends on what your definition of tank is... to six a tank is apparently a walking tin can with a big trusty shield in order to take most hits with impunity while the rest of the party is providing support.
