I only had a look on the lower level monstrers in the game, around Arnika-ish and there I didi not notice any difference, but thank you for the correction wereboar.

If you want to disable an insane character, try putting a bow into his primary weapon slot and lock it so it won't swap out and also take away his arrows. I guess it would work with any ranged weapon.

I can't take any credit for this idea (and have never tried it, but sounds like it would work). I read this idea on one of the hint lists.

dracon fighter - great tip! i've heard others (like equip with feather darts), but that's elegant.

having said that, i feel like that's a bug - taking advantage of the interface. i've never done such a thing to an insane character - i just deal (and often poorly!) still, to each his own. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Don't forget, any of your characters with high strength can still take out your weaker party members even bare handed lol so disabling them does not always work.
