You'd lose 2 pluses rangers have with bows. First is the +25% ranged combat bonus, second is their ability to do ranged criticals. Also auto-scouting would go away. At that level I don't think it's worth a switch to bard - I would wait until you finish up with the current crew (they're fine as they are) and if you play again take a bard along.

Also multiclassing the priest to a Lord I would only do if you really want to dual wield; otherwise, wait until a higher level (at 15 you'd get the portal spells; at 18 you'd be able to cast level 9 spells) and if you want to switch to another class, I would go for fighter so you'd get the beserk attack mode and essentially double all your nelee attack damage. But even a pure priest is great if you use them the right way, your party is large enough to not need the priest for offense most of the time, and he can be the ultimate "battery" for the rest of the party, keeping them alive and buffed and whipping out the occasional offensive spell or weapon atack. Priests I think are very underrated for being used in this role.
