I think it's worth pointing out, before anyone gets too excited, that the show was actually a bit rubbish, really...

I just watched a couple episodes this morning. I have an old tape with all the episodes. Hank was the Ranger and party leader. Bobby was the barbarian and his sister dianne(?) was the thief. Eric was the Cavelier and there was the acrobat. It included the voice actinf of Donny Most (Ralph of Happy Days) Willie Ames and Adam Rich (both from Eight is Enough). There weapons were all magical - Bow(R), Club(B), Hooded Cape(T), Shield(C), and Staff(A). It was an entertaining show. Unfortunatly my copy has horrible sound and I am not sure why. I am going to try to copy it and see if I can clear it up. If I can I will let you all know.

Here in Brazil, that cartoon was a major success. It was broadcasted for nearly more than a decade by an open tv channel; an entire generation watched it, and remember it with great pleasure. Only another cartoon (The Masters of the Universe - or, for us, just "He-man"), could rival its audience.

my friend downloaded and episode on his computer and showed me some of it, looked really cool. i love that nostalgia (not sure of the spelling) feeling it has. Back in the days when cartoons werent all phony like today.
