new game - solo F/M/T

I've recently started a new game with a Kensai proficient in Katanas. I've never played them before, and the katana animation looks friggin' awesome. As usual I'll play a good party...at the moment they're helping out Nalia and I'm layin' the smackdown on some trolls. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I was thinking of multi-classing to a mage. At what level do people recommend me doing this?

Oh, and I have Baldurdash installed (for ToB), BanterPack, FlirtPack and I think Unfinished Business too...if not, I'll just completely remove the game (backing up my save of course) and run a clean install installing all the mods I want.

the only problem i foresee is that the thief avater (i changed mine with SK too) only gets the cool hooded look when you're wearing leather armour - wearing robe of vecna might mean she goes back to bare headed in which case i'll change to the mage avatar . . .

weapons sound solid alough i'm avoiding katana 'cos they look wrong with female elves

9 with a party or without ToB
13 with ToB if solo, small party or you know about likely XP gains

Hey, thanks! [img]smile.gif[/img] Only problem is I think I'll avoid it...I forgot to put any decent points in intelligence, meaning my Kensai only has an Int of 10. >_< I'll remember it for my next game.

Im playing a game with a kensai/mage, there not very powerful at first but when you get contingencies and triggers they turn into the ultimate killing machine hey. Ive managed to make my K/M awsome and I have the tactical mind of an ant so anyone can do it.
