Faceman you should still put spoiler tags though because Zazze isn't the only one who will read it. That's what Dundee told me once when I made a mistake with spoilers. Okay you didn't give huge spoilers but it better to be safe than risk spoiling some unfortunate soul.

Guy's, charisma values above 20 are completely redundant when it comes to store discounts. Only charisma values between 16-20 will affect an items price - so essentially, the Ring of Human Influence + Blade of Roses is all you need here.

Here is the cost of the Staff of Rhynn+4 - contrasting neutral values of CHA and Rep to see how much discount each one provides:

CHA 14 Rep 12 = 22275
CHA 18 Rep 12 = 18900
CHA 20 Rep 12 = 16605
CHA 14 Rep 20 = 15525
CHA 20 Rep 20 = 9990

As you can see they work together with a high reputation to provide a maximum game discount of about 55%, 25% from a CHA of 20 and 30% from having a 20 rep.

CHA discounts increase from 5% at CHA 16 in 5% increments up to the maximum of 25% at CHA 20.
