My paladine, has an charisma-stat of 24, but I´m not really sure if that will lower the prices or not ?
I made the experience that some dealer prefer other thing, like the scroll-lady in WP. My mage get by far better bargains than the paladine.

this is odd. Generally prices are made out of your party's reputation and your leader's (the upmost picture) Charisma. My Bard has now 19Char and gets to 25 with casting friends and that gives me a VERY handy discount (as I have rep of 20). I remember items costing 20000gp+ on my first run through the game (years ago :D ) I can now get for less than 10000gp

High Charisma does effect prices and so does reputation. Just make sure that you place the person with the highest charisma at the top slot of your party lineup and they doing the bartering.

BTW how did you get 24 charisma - are you using a certain robe, sword, and or helmet?

The lead characters Charisma has an effect on every single encounter you have. At least verbal ones, say in towns and with people who aren't going to kill you anyway. Well, they may be a little more polite about doing it anyway. It will give you many discounts, but rep has an even greater effect on prices.

the amulet is sold by Deirdre (same merchant who sells Plate of Balduran).
the helm of glory is a quest reward for one of the errand-quests in Atkathla
I never came across the boots, and never heard where or IF you can encounter them. They are also among the few boots that have an item code different from BOOTx. I guess that they were meant as a quest item but never made it into the game.
You should be content with finding the Helmet as it pushes you to 25 which is the max anyway.

It didn't look to me like Zazze said spoil me as to where these items are. He said he was looking for them and might want to find them on his own. You might want to throw an item spoiler on your post Faceman.

I have complete lists of every item and spell in the game and where to find, so its not so terrible to spoil me, even if I mostly didn´t use them.
I´ll survive ;)

I think the boots, are like this intelligence +1 manual (book06), is could only be found in Baldurs Gate 1.

Well, "sold by Deirdre" is not THAT much a spoiler and I was rather vague on the other stuff (just pointed out that it's not main plot stuff) and the boots seem to be NOT in the game so same spoiler as talking about Artemis Entreri.
@zazze: I don't think the Boots are from BG1, same reasons as above apply
