thanks 4 the advise but i dont have the code. and if i find it will he react to me as he should
my whole problem is i think there is a glitch he should have been there upon entry |

This is a known bug. Go to www.bioware.com and download the BG2 patch. This will fix your problem. Spawning the administrator might stuff up your game if you spawn the wrong type, since there are scripted plot events that use this as a trigger.
