hey, caleb, this may help you out a bit
 . Although I can't help you with the actual problem I may be able to find you a place where you can get some help. Go to www.sierra.com . Click on the communities button and chose the Arcanum forum from the list. Then either browse through the messages to see if you can find an answer or register and make a new question on the board.
