During installation it says it had error reading from arcanum.exe and something .dat3 and no restarting reinstalling crap is fixing it. I have tried both a demo disc and the internet and it does the same thing. HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

Hey, hope you get it up and running! I want to see what the hype is, alot of game mags and sites are calling it a true inovator. Heck I'll get a copy Computer Game World with the demo Wednsday, and see if I can get it to work.

I know this is not very helpful, but I think the problem has something to do with the fact that it is made by Sierra.

May 3rd, 2001 Users have reported problems installing the Arcanum Demo included on CGW's June CD-ROM. The fix is simple. To install the game, users must copy the entire installer application and folders to the hard drive from the CGW CD. Next, rename the folder from "Arcanum_Preview" to "Arcanum Preview" (delete the underscore character). Then run the "Setup.exe" application to install the Demo.
