My current character is lightside female, but I think my next one will be a male darksider. Does darkside/lightside matter with Bastila?
Nope. Just different approach, maybe. I never join the dark side.

Just atarted playing, very good game, except it gets a little choppy sometimes... and sometimes my character just start running around, without me doing anything.

But other than that it's great, I've completed the arena quests and was last time talking to Gadon...

Well back to playing...

I've finished it 5 times now, every time on the light side of the Force. I may give it one more try, and become a Dark Lord myself, but after that, there's nothing left to explore anymore. Some games are worth it to replay every once in a while, but KotOR is basically the same every time you play it.

I agree Johnny... While KotOR is a very decent game with a good story, it gets boring once you know all the quests by heart.

I'm currently trying to get through on the Dark Side (which is fun!) but the stupid thing is that you can't come back to Manaan once you poison the kolto. Stupid Selkath and their stupid laws! No Genoharandan for me (and I missed it the first time through as well!)
