actually, amazons can be called with: any weapons shes specializing + azon.of course she can use swords and any other weapon she likes, but the spell she has, enchants only bows and javelins.which means, if u want to make a good versatile amazon, use one of those weapons.

and for paladins, i have a lvl 49 paladin named jandor.uses zeal and charge as a mayor.

The barbarian has always been my favourite. No. 2 was an assassin. She was cool.

Tried a paladin a few times but only a little. Deleted the games and started a new game with a barbarian.

Assassin. Took the first Charge-up skill to the max, as well as other goodies. Did very well, and beat the first two difficulty levels using her. (I got some pretty good unique items using this uuber cool Dagger that I found in the first Act that gives 100% to Magic Find)

Sorceress would be second. There's just something in me that likes it when I freeze the enemy, then throws in some Static Fields, freezes again, then drops a Blizzard on the whole mess.

Well, I strated 2 new characters, One is Hybridzon and the other is Throwbarb. really really cool. too bad no one can help me to mule.

For power, I'll take my sorcie She's pimped out in all 3 trees, maxed frozen orb, hydra and thunderstorm, and the rest of her free points are in lght mastery and first mastery. A few in Mana shield and frozen armor and I'm a duelin' machine. [img]smile.gif[/img]

For rushing, I'd say a toss up between sorc and zon. My zon has Buriza (cheesy I know, but effective) and one weapon switch has Titans, so she can handle groups really well either way, just depends on if something is immune to physical damage or not which weapon I use. Points also in Multi, Guided, and whatever the lvl 30 ice arrow skill is called.

For fun, nothing beats my necro. Alone, he's a lil weak, but with my merc (who NEVER DIES ) he's wicked. Thorns merc, a few revives... I'll cast a fire golem and watch everything beat it and my revives, while the thorns aura makes them take damage back... then I drop an amplify damage curse on 'em and they drop a little faster... once one falls, I'll throw some Corpse explosions down and watch the few remaining ones drop like flies. If I want to help a little I toss some bone spirits or poison novas into the fray... he can clear the cow level by himself in less than 5 minutes like this... my necro = FUN
