If you are having trouble getting along in your game, this is something you might want to look into. In order to increase your stats (ex: Strength, Luck, Personality) you need a spell that Fortifys any attribute (Strength, Luck...) ex: Jack Of Trades from arrile's trade house in Seyda Neen. Then go to a spell maker (preferably one in the Mages Guild[Make sure to also have SOUL TRAP]) and make a spell-> Soultrap 1 on TARGET, fortify willpower 100 on self. The reason I say willpower on self first is so you can do spells easy. Then do Intelligence (MORE MAGIC POWER). Once you've done those go do all of the rest.

NOTE: I would increase all up by 2000 EXEPT FOR SPEED! Only increase speed by about 4-500 otherwise the game will freeze up because you would be too fast.

PLEASE NOTE:
WHEN you INCREASE STATS they are PERMENANT. But if you dont like your stats increased you can make a spell (but first makesure you have damage attribute spell) of Soultrap 1 on target and Damage attribute 100. (be carefull and check stats each time to make sure they don't go under). One last thing... always do this right at wall, make sure you are as close as can be to the wall.

Or if you're on the computer you could just use the console and go:
player->setwillpower 2000
player->setintelligence 2000
for all of your stats. If you're going to cheat what is the point of screwing around with spells when the console can do everything for you?

Dear Kakero,

I dont know what exactly you are talking about when you say "which patch" but you can do it on both Elders Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elders Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY(Game Of The Year), and also you can do (if you are using a PC[unlike XBOX]) what Seraph said. I hope that answers your question. If not tell me what you mean by "Which Patch" next time and I might be able to answer.

Any other Q's looking for A's? Post a reply or email me @ grimesof06@aol.com. Thanx!

I'm asking because similar thing can be done with fortify stat enchantment on items. You wear it and then take it off. keep on doing that and your stat will reach thousands if you want to. This however can only be done on unpatched original morrowind.

But that is only temporary Kakero, and plus you might need Golden Saint spell and a grand soul gem or Azuras Star (soul gem) to make constent effect Items.

It's permenant when the enchantment is a constant one.
