I have a 23 Redguard who is really good. 227 armor rating 270 life 120 strength and so on. And i was wondering if there are any cool items to find or places to go.

Have you investigated the vampires? Have you freed all the slaves? Have you collected every Alchemical ingredient there is? Do you have a complete set of glass/ebony/daedric weapons/armor etc. Collecting stuff for the sake of collecting may not be that interesting, but if you've done everything else...
You could check out the Misc quest walkthrough on UESP to see if you've completed all the misc quests.
