I have a 23 Redguard who is really good. 227 armor rating 270 life 120 strength and so on. And i was wondering if there are any cool items to find or places to go.

well, thats really too broad of a question to be able to answer. what have you done. what have you not done. give us an idea of where you've been.

Have you investigated the vampires? Have you freed all the slaves? Have you collected every Alchemical ingredient there is? Do you have a complete set of glass/ebony/daedric weapons/armor etc. Collecting stuff for the sake of collecting may not be that interesting, but if you've done everything else...

You could check out the Misc quest walkthrough on UESP to see if you've completed all the misc quests.
