Neb climbed down the rope ladder leading into the Depths. He jumped the last few feet and landed in ankle-deep water, off in the distance slithering, shouting, screaming, crawling, fighting and dying things could be heard almost constantly.

The mage surveyed the area he was in, it was a large cavernous chamber, many tunnels led away from it, he thought he could see movement in the shadows and off through some of the tunnels.

Neb cast a Continual Light spell, banishing the tunnels, large bats and small things moving too fast to be identified scurried off through the tunnels, something huge could be heard slithering around some distance off....

Shuddering at the thought of what huge subterranean things might be dwelling in this place Neb used his enchanted Compass to point him towards the lost adventurer. Off to the east.... 9 levels of dungeon downwards...

The Alchemist readied his offensive magics and started looking for a set of stairs that would allow him to proceed downwards...

What i'm doing is creating another topic that will have, all the rules, races, money system, jobs, people joined, buildings, all the town info. You can also post "wanted" posters for either looking for a criminal, or hiring someone for a job. So please send me everything. Every time you see a new post added to the topic, you might want to check it in case something new will come up. Finally spring break came (for me) so i can take a more active part for the next 10 days.

Neb had moved downwards four of the nine levels that would be required to reach the lost warrior Razzendacuben(One level = About 8 feet, often used to define depth in dungeons.). Still a long way to go, and many monsters and traps as well. The Alchemist quickly drank another healing potion as he kept himself to a shadowy alcove, he'd been attacked by a large number of strange purple slimes the like of which he'd never seen before. He'd almost gotten himself killed trying to secure a small sample in a jar.

He listened for a long time, and then when all was almost silent, he continued on his way downwards, ever downwards....
