* * * * * * * * * * Not sure if that is true about the sword from the idol/rusty armor combination, but I know that Mage at High Hedge or whatever to the west of Beregost will buy it. I got 100 for it. |

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . It's true I believe (never tried it myself). But this longsword appears to be cursed, dealing damage to the wielder. A sort of reversed 'easter egg'. |

When you speak with Ulcaster's Ghost, if you have both the rusty armor and the idol, he will give you an item called the Vampire's Revenge. It is an easter egg, a sword that, when you hit actually does damage to you and gives the hit points to the target. Though many people say it is a worthless item, it does come in handy in certain situations, such as when a character is running very low on HP, you can attack him and give him some of your life. However, it IS a cursed item...

Also, I've heard that you can pick-pocket the ghosts for a nice bow (haven't tried it, so I won't swear to it!)
