I played it for a while, it seemed unbalanced. Those Red Wizards sent cca thirty fireballs at me in a round.

Yes I've played it two times all the way and its fun and a good challenge for most players. I thought it was a little hard in some places but for the most part It's worth a play at least once.

I was playing it but never could seem to find what I was supposed to find in the Forest of Forgotten Souls. So I gave up on it. Otherwise it added some cool items.

I enjoyed it, adds great items and new NPC's. There are some annoyances but it is still worth it. The Forest of Forgotten Souls is a little annoying to find Jet's sister you have to head to the last map find 3, or 4 ghost, than Jet's sister appears somewhere on the map, were you fight her. You have to do all this before the sun rises. Then you can go back a few maps and the Evil one Appears near a house.

Quests in this mod are very easy to miss but you don't have to do the quest to enjoy the mod. Do a search on DSotSC on this site and you will probably find some more useful information.
