the XP cap on never winter is lower than that of ToB isnt it?? so wat happens to a character imported from ToB whose Xp is higher than the cap?? do they go down in levels
i kno this has probably been answered a dozen times and for that i apologise

Well first this should be in GD or one of the other gaming forums , not IWD, but the anwser is:
If you import your character from TOB into NWN then you lost all your XP and items  sucks
