the XP cap on never winter is lower than that of ToB isnt it?? so wat happens to a character imported from ToB whose Xp is higher than the cap?? do they go down in levels

Well first this should be in GD or one of the other gaming forums , not IWD, but the anwser is:

If you import your character from TOB into NWN then you lost all your XP and items :( sucks
