The Oversight mod V2.5 for Baldur's Gate II has been released! It includes
- Tougher Sendai
- Alignment corrections
- Class/innocent designation fixes
- Tame animals
- Improved Continuity
- Clerical improvements
- Improved Monk HLAs
- Holy Liberator kit

Available in English, Spanish, German, and French.

Sounds neato! Personally, I have no problem with Evil actors & Majordomos, but Neutral Paladins are just ridiculous. I notice, however, that you don't complain that many of the Druids in the Druid Grove are of Evil alignment--implied support for giving Druids more Alignment choices, I see.

Only thing I dont really like is Sendai's way of getting tougher on higher difficulty settings. Breaking rules through existing cheese is fine by me ( i.e. things that you yourself can do too with a little creative thinking ), but Hard_ and Insane-Sendai have been maliciously altered beyond their true power. Although Hard_Sendai doesnt have to ( Spell Immunity ) .. not sure if you already meant it that way and I just misread.

Newayz,.. I'm not spoiling anything .. but I'd definetly like to hear what Alson, Dundee, SixOfSpades and Jim have to say about this ( as they are our very own Ironworksbulldogs [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).

thanks for the Mod site but next time you wish to put a site on here for easy access then don't place the in the sentence front and rear because it blocks the gate when you use them. Thanks Again for the Mods

The alignment and cleric components I do like. It always bothered me that a Chaotic Neutral cleric had to worship Helm in the game. Is the alignment required for the specialty priests fixed to the same as the stronghold? Or is it like before (Lathander=has to be any good, Helm=has to be any neutral, Talos=has to be any evil)? In other words, if I install Oversight and start a new Specialty Priest of Helm, will my alignment choices be any lawful + true neutral, or will it be any neutral?

Yes.

The former. [/QUOTE]Cool...as long as it matches like that it is cool by me. I did download it to try it out. Might just play a chaotic neutral cleric, romance Jaheira, and be a priest of Talos.
