What gives!?! Game freezing...

I'm in the pocket plane. I've finished the all but the last trial. I'm trying to go back to deal with the monk Baahlspawn, but EVERY TIME I try to exit the plane, the game locks up with all the cahracters standing in the doorway. My borders disappear from the screen and I'm left with a large picture of 6 player characters standing and looking around. They're animated, moving, sound and music still play, but nothing else...no control, no game play,no nothing. I have to shut down the whole computer to get rid of it. Anyone know why this happens and how to FIX IT?!?

(It happened after I spoke to "the wall" and added Keldorn to the party...)

Sorry im not sure whats wrong, the only suggestion I can give is download the latest patch for the game from www.bioware.com if you dont already have it.

Are any of the chars in your party hacked in any way? I've seen this cause that problem. I agree that you should DL the patch.
