Great stuff as usual, Dinonykos!
![]() I need to make more walls, too, but they are (for me): 1. Too much work! 2. Confusing ![]() Maybe I will just make lots of really simple walls...

This may be repetitive (since I posted that 2 years ago on Manikus forum, I assume): One approach that I use is to print a grid on paper (in yellow just as in my templates) and draw walls (especially "nature-walls" like trees) on that with a pencil (and ink, but that is due to the "comic/manga"-style). Afterwards, I scan this template, and colour it in Paint Shop Pro (Paint should also work). After resizing the coloured version, I copy/paste it back into the original templeta, et voilà, the wall is ready (and looks quite natural). I assume that this approach could also work with your style...

I used to do some scanning of drawings (inked as well) to color them on my computer (in Photoshop), but nowadays I just feel that taking the scanner out is a chore (not much space in Japanese housing, so it is still in its box)! Plus, I have lost my good ink and metal-tipped pen for inking, anyway...
I think I am just very impatient now... ![]() But your method does sound good. What do you do with the smaller (more distant) frames? Resize them?

Depends on the complexity of the nearest frames (both in sprites and walls). If there are a lot of details in the closeup frame, it might be useful to use a simplifed picture for the more distant frames. But generally, resizing is okay, I guess (e.g. for the Dimetrodon, I simply mirrored and resized the picture).

I did resize the smallest frame of my sprites (if there is work that can be reduced...
