The two dolphin out of frame pics were used in the final DL game, Dark Queen of Krynn.

Hmmm... It does seem easier than I thought to do, but it is still hard! (Hard = bad for me! )

Was Dark Queen of Krynn held underwater for part of the game? I might have tried that one, but I think it was too hard or something (those Krynn games were too hard!)...

There was an underwater stage for part of the game. It had you fighting Sea dragons and such. And yea, it was one of the harder goldbox games out there sue to some crazy maze levels with teleporters.

Sea dragons? Ah - unique Dragonlance monsters, I think

Champions of Krynn (the 1st Dragonlance one) was my first Gold Box game, but it was so darn hard! It didn't help that I played on a clunky old PC with CGA graphics (it also took an hour to load the game and 30 minutes to load each battle ). Needless to say, I never beat it.

Champions was also my first game and what actually got me involved in DnD in the first place.

An interesting side effect of the pic with the purple background (the front of the skull) is that when you use area view its in purple

The area view is laid over the viewport image, so whatever color (or pattern or image) you use as filler to go behind your small pics and backdrops will be the base for it (the area view).

EDIT: What I forgot is that you can also use AreaView Zone Art which is set in the zone editor. If you turn off the default image, you see the viewport in area view.

For example; is your story set in the desert? You could make that filler area look like sand... You can see the possibilities here for an underwater adventure.
