I think Captain Obvious has a point. The internet is not the best place for legal advise.
 Can't imagine a printed post will hold up in court, though. It's trivial to sign up on a forum with your username. It is almost as trivial to fake a post and then print it. |

Firstly, this site will not be found, so it's ok. Secondly, I used the admin tools to delete any record of said post, so I think the IP for that EXACT post has gone.

So did you make the post or didn't you?
Deleting it and all record of it via admin tools is a pretty shady thing to be doing.

blah a printed version shouldnt stand up, since it's too easy to fake. If it's just printed, I'm sure you'll be safe unless the prosecution has a REALLY good lawyer.
