Where are good places to steal items/money?

i have the items that i want to enchant and the soul gems but no golden saints to kill so that i can trap its soul. i need a soul first! hehehhe as soon as i can get a soul than i'll make i'll enchant an item with that spell.

by the way, when (level) do golden saints come out and play? Are there any spots where they're always present regardless of the character's level?

Randomly, out in the wildernes, sometimes in caves and shrines. Don't travel with the Silt Strider or the Mages guild teleport all the time, but walk to your destination from time to time and you'll find them soon enough. Or they will find you.

There are always a load of Golden Saints in the grasslands. (in the north east area of the mainland)

Just walk west from a certain important camp in the Northeast and you'll hit a couple. I have a feeling they'll appear from level 10...

also, if you want powerful souls. do the main quest and you will find a bunch of ascended sleepers (the fat robe wearing creatures with octopus mouths) they have a soul just as powerful, and just as expensive as a golden saint.

Go to Ibar Dad, there's always one golden saint there regardles of your level. Ibar Dad is somewhere north of the main island.
