Did you ever wonder how Boogres came to be? What did they descend from? I honestly cannot think of anything, maybe a distant cousin to Orcs? What do you all think? How did Boogres come to be?

Well, I had assumed that S'Keser Da had transformed ordinary citizens and adventurers into Boogres, but then, where did S'Keser Da come from? You are right, it is a mystery. A nice subtlety is if you catch part of Erzebette's conversation, you gather that she narrowly escaped becoming a Boogre by the skin of her teeth! If it hadn't been for Hephaestus...

I gather Boogres are a form of ogre. They are friendly enough, when they're not pounding on you; sort of like overgrown preschoolers.

Ah, yes, Orges, I totally forgot about them. The ancient brutes of Warcraft. I always got a kick out of those guys, *Unpleasant bodily gas leaving the body, as you may call it* "We did it!" Ah, yes, I can still hear it ringing in my ears..

I bet that Cet had a hand in the way S'Keser Da looks; just like with the lich Gezerred Ra. (It's a pretty simple world with Cet being to blame for almost all evil in the place.)
