Ok so call me retarded but I always see questions pertaning to mods. What are they? How do they work? What do they do? Etc etc etc...

Well they change the game in a positive or negative way.
 They can add quests, NPC's, weapons etc. |

The most important thing is to install any Mods in the CORRECT order. The above sites have tutorials on how to do this, but basically it's...
1. Patches and fixpacs first 2. NON-Weidu mods second 3. Weidu mods last Hope this helps, also I recommend playing thru the game at least once not modded, then add mods for the second go round!
