In the Mages tower in the Imperial City there is a door to the Imperial Orrery that needs a key to open it. I am now the Arch Mage but someone has seem to have forgotten to give me the key. Anyone know where to get that key?

There's no key to it.
IIRC you need to pay Bethesda money to download the mod for the Orrery thingie to work. |

Seriously, it's a plugin, and it costs two bucks or something. It grants you extra powers, but nothing out of the ordinary.
