I found bone keybut I can not get it or reach it why

If this is the lich key in the Skull Castle, try jumping on top of the pedestal/table and then "get" it. Has worked for me!

Hop onto the platform ("0" on the keypad"), look down, and try it again. That's usually how I get it.
