I found bone keybut I can not get it or reach it why

If this is the lich key in the Skull Castle, try jumping on top of the pedestal/table and then "get" it. Has worked for me!

Hop onto the platform ("0" on the keypad"), look down, and try it again. That's usually how I get it.

Where is the key? On the ground? Are you having trouble picking it up? (do you sort of "dance around"?)
Is your inventory full??

Do you have the patch installed? (if your game runs well without the patch, you may not want to install it)
