I also encountered an unmoveable temple-guardian a few days ago. Just after accidentially pushing it. For me too, only reloading a saved game helped. Seems to be a quite common problem.

At last i got it. The warlock acquired the artifact-of-fiend-spell and now he can bless armor for more AC.
Seems to be an error in the table in the best tips.

I'm confused. In the "best tips" i read, blessing an armor with stone-magic adds armor-class to it. My pixie-warlock has the artifact-of-stone-spell, level 7 in blessings, but whatever armor he tries...
