Allright now, i have the mask of evil, i killed xydusa, elyssia, kreug and every priest i could find. I freed H'tark and gave him his lockpicks, i have the wand for herespia, the trickery-scroll for the bard, dozens of coins for the thief-guild and also still a couple of spider-nectar and spider-eggs to make more warlocks. So you could say, i really did the serpent-temple. But sill ... there's one thing like a thorn in my eye. One single door that i can't open. I guess, it's not important, but i don't feel completely satisfied. It's a bit hard to discribe: When you come from the main-entrance and walk upwards that huge entrance-hall, you come to a room, where two doors lead west, and between them, there is a small stairway leading down to that bleeping door. I cant find any lever, lock or anything.
Could anyone give me a hint, mayby not a "walkthrough", but a small push into the right direction? Last edited by Woodwose; 08-31-2007 at 05:02 AM. |

It's an "one way" door. It lets you "out" but not "in". Small pushing: Realize where the area behind the door can be and search another way in

Of course! How simple. It would have helped to watch the maps of both of the temple-levels at the same time.
Thank you , radek. Now i can die in peace. Or even better: Head for shurugeon castle. |

Thank you also, wyvern.
Belfry? In the serpent-temple? I dont recall anything, that looked like a belfry. I'll return later and look for it. Okay, i would say, the salads are not overrated. The first time, i met them, they left me with my mouth open, staring at those 6 skulls, that used to be my party. But once you got the trick, it's half as hard. Good timing is essential, and hope, you aren't distracted by those ninja-rats at the same time. Well, i think, this thread went a long way from "xydusa overrated?" now. |
