Ack! My Bandwidth is falling!

I am literally watching the ISP crash slowly (staircasing downward), each minute. It was at 7000kbs, but now its down to 1100kbs and I have no idea if it has crashed to 0 by the time I end this sentence.
I hate this.

Is this watching something download, or just general collapse?
If it's a download, it could be the machine on the other side throttling back. If it's a general collapse, it could be saturation on your network segment that's causing a general slowdown.

Or they could really be out to get you...

Who is your ISP? Comcast instituted a BW cap on Oct01. Other than that, it's probably just a slowdown due to overuse.

He hasn't posted that much recently. If you have 14 000+ posts it's a long way down if you lose your posting fitness, and that of your internet connection.
