Is there an easy way to do so?
(and it's legal isn't it?)

SnagIT and WM Recorder both can record Any Flash movie, even Realplayer or Windows media live streaming video (like CNN Live streams). Been using it for years, and is excellent!
http://www.wmrecorder.com/ http://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.asp IMO, Go with WM Recorder, it records the streaming data, with SnagIT, you gotta drag and frame up the video you wanna download/record. |

Usually they come in FLV format so get yourself a good flv player. There's a few free ones online. It's easy enough to do.

I do it through Safari, the browser. Easy as. Just click on the activities window, then find the .flv file in the list. Good thing is is that this works for any file - not just .flv - including streaming music.
Though legality is an issue here, and I probably can't talk about it on a public forum

Firefox has a plugin called Downloadhelper, which does this. It can record flash movies from any websites, and it's free.
