Meh, nothing good jumps to mind. Personal insults hurt the most, you're best off googling something and using that.

Don't insult them, it won't do anything. Instead you should insult his/her parents, family, grandparents, child etc etc. Many people can't take those kind of insults.

What happens to you after that is none of my business.

That's not an insult, it's a threat. If you're going to say something like that you might just as well throw the first punch to put your money where your mouth is, otherwise he might do it to you.

The Arabs were unusually good at insults, such as:" may the fleas of a thousnad camels nest in your armpits".
Acually insults are silly unless done in fun.

And my favorite, totally-made-by-me, is this:

Spread rumors that he/she is sleeping with someone considered "undesirable" by the people who you care about. Make sure that it is your target's "fault", and make sure it is believable.

Given I played mass effect for most of christmas, I find that insult absolutely hilarious.

Insults are personal. And none of the people here know nothing of him/her. So devising powerful insults is a difficult task indeed.

Befriend the subject for a few years, after that you will probably know it well enough to hurt it. Or lure it into your basement with a cask of amontillado and wall it up in some forgotten nook.

Or you could recognize insult-throwing a childish and useless pastime for lonely people who are trying to be witty, and just ignore the annoyance.
