Default I need help with Shadowkeeper: changing NPC classes

How do I change the classes of NPCs using Shadowkeeper?

For instance, how do you change Minsc into a Barbarian, or Imoen into a Mage/Thief multiclass, or Viconia into a Cleric/Thief or Cleric/Mage multiclass?

TIA

Default Re: I need help with Shadowkeeper: changing NPC classes

Get Shadow Keeper up and running.
Open a Save Game file, go to the Characteristics tab. Make your desired changes. Then save the game in the File menu of Shadow Keeper. Detailed instructions are found at the bottom of the Readme file, past all of those version information listings.

From what I can see, it interacts only with regular save files. It never touches the Chr character files. It also may ignore autosaves.

Edit: to change Minsc to a Barbarian, you will find Barbarian under "Kit", so first you must change his class to Fighter. I think that is an error, but anyway.

Imoen is Human, so normally she can't multiclass. The Shadow Keeper program seems to downplay human dual classing.
