Mini-Miind Flayer Dungeon (Spoiler)

It's my second time thru the game and I cannot for the life of me remember how to open the hidden locked door in the sewers that leads to the mind flayer dungeon. I've done everything else sewer-related except Unseeing Eye, which will be complete by the time I pass by that door again.
The door is the one that's located in the NE of the Sewers. What's the trigger. It is warded against lockpicks and simple spells of course.
Any help??

I do believe it is in big reds dungeon. I think it is on the org guy in the back room. One of the guys that was with Sarvok at the end battle.

In the Windspear Hills, in Firkragg's Dungeon, you'll run into a Orog, or something, named Tazok. He has the Sewer Key among his loot, which is the key to the Illithid-dungeon.

Tazok? Anything to do with the Ogre that you chase in BG1?

Yeah it's the same guy. BTW what's the use of the chapelk key in Windspear?
