I killed drizzt and his entire party and looted there bodies then went straight to kick bodhis butt. killed bodhi and saved(took me 9 tries just to kill solafein) and exited her tomb. as soon as i got out the door a guy appears next to me and tales away some of the stuff, dissapears and then reappears and takes more. he does this again but this time he casts imprisonment on my entire party. Is there any way to stop this happening and to be able to kill him?? BTW all my saves are in bodhis tomb.

That's what you get for trying to kill some of the greatest heroes of Faerun. In case you haven't figured it out, you're not supposed to be doing that.

you cant avoid it .. either give the items back or spend the rest of your existence chatting to yourself. Even if you do manage to kill him ,
( a few bug-exploits and such) he'll just keep spawning. You can run, but you cant hide

Unfortunately, it's a green orb that bypasses more or less everything. It's almost like the version cast by everyone's favorite demilich, but it targets your entire party, leaving little to no room to react. I've only killed Drizzt's party once (Yes, even though I've played dozens of times and with evil chars... Not even the CE fighter was so foolish as to attack one of the most well-connected people in the Realms) so I don't remember, but something tells me that after he finishes talking, the controls disappear like in a cutscene. I'm not sure, though.
