Many find the holidays to be a real pain in the . Anyway do you enjoy the Christmas Holidays, or the mad rush at the mall.

I just bought the last of my gifts today, so it's all calm from now on. I tend to spread out the shopping of presents over several weeks, starting early November, so the 'mad rush' at the mall is never a problem for me.
Now I can just sit down at a café at a mall, have a cup of coffee, and watch all those frantic, near insane, shoppers pass by.

As a student I don't get too much time to get the presents before school ends, so I still haven't got the majority of the things I need.

I love Christmas! I usually shop for presents before the shops get really busy, although yesterday I was shopping in the city in the middle of the day and it wasn't scary busy. It's easy enough to avoid the real crush though even really close to Christmas - most shoppers don't get going until after 10 so you can easily get a park and the majority of your shopping done before then. Plus shopping online! I buy books and so on online mostly which is very easy.

I work in a store and that constant droning christmas carols really p**ses me off. And all the customers are impatient and most are rude, well if they really annoy me i will leave them waiting for ages etc. (only if they deserve it that is). BTW i am a supervisor. Other than that i find the christmas holidays a good break but i do sometimes miss school, and i find having to buy each other presents stressfull and expensive. but i guess that's all part of christmas |

Well I like the holidays. Get some time off, I get to enjoy college bowls, different scenery, and family members stop by more often.
But I have always hated the mall. I hate crowds and I hate traffic. Sometimes when in crowds, I begin to freak out a bit, I get enraged, I get frustrated. I hold in all my anger, but it really is a discomfort. As for when I do my shopping, usually early/mid December. I go to college, but theres a nearby mall, so when I have a short day, I just do all my shopping at that time.
