Try and see how educated about guns and modern weapons are you?

I was wondering how you could do a quiz with a poll... maybe your gonna tell us the answers later. Well to tell ya the truth i'm far more ignorant about guns than I wish I was. I knew some of the fairly well known ones I think from the history channel such as the Maxim gun but alot are completely unknown to me. I guess the gun freak comment that was made in my post brought this on eh?

Weeee...another quiz:

1. AR-18 (blind guess)
2. First heavy machine gun (I think so)
3. Steyr (I think)
4. Mini, maxi and micro (maybe)
5. Uziel Gal (quite positive)
6. Mikhail Kalashnikov (somewhat positive)
7. Galil (quite positive)
8. Any H&K (no idea)
9. SA80 (no idea)
10. Colt.45 (hmmm...I thought it was a .44?)

I know nuts about guns except some light reading from some book or from the net.

2. The Maxim gun is the first heavy machinegun, water cooled. 100% correct. I'm amazed
3. Brno is the main Czech gun production facility. Stayr is in Austria and Welby-Simms is from Ground Control. I can't believe you went for that
4. Mini, maxi and micro. Uzi carabine?! Please
5. Uziel Gal invented the Uzi, George isn't Wesson's name. Admit it, you thought it was a trick question!

7. Galil.
8. One-for-evil is found in revolvers. These revolvers had 7 bullets in it's drum
9. SA80 has it behind, Uzi inside and the Bren forward, above
10. Now this was a trick question. You're all right because they were all called Desert Eagles in their times(Colt first, then beretta, then browning)

But all in all, you got it quite good. Vote if you want another quiz (we've depleted guns and computer technology, vote on your subject, I'm very flexible in knowledge. Please refer to the coffee shop, page 5 to see how flexible i really am.)
